SENIOR CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER - INSIGHTS RESEARCH AGENCY (FMCG/RETAIL)

Who they are looking for:

They are now in search for a Senior Client Services Manager to join their highly talented team. You will develop sales and manage relationships with a portfolio of clients working with some of the UK’s greatest brands in Hospitality and Retail.

 

Key responsibilities…

  • Identify opportunities for growing clients spend across products and bespoke services
  • Lead sales negotiation of client contract renewals and as will have new business targets
  • Ensure study tours and forums meet client needs
  • Take accountability for sales and revenue pipeline, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
  • Support and lead with company conferences & events, drive client attendance and ensure study tours & forums meet client needs.

 

Ideal candidate…

  • Previous track record of success in a client services manager role working with consumer brands
  • Knowledge and interest in working in the food service and hospitality sector
  • Working knowledge of insight and data analysis, as well as an understanding of market research
  • Adept at gleaning information from prospects and converting to detailed proposals
  • Ingrained sense of timeless, knowing instinctively how long a request will take and cost
