Senior Business Development Manager – Toys

This toy organisation have gone from strength to strength over the last few years, last year they grew by 60%. They’ve diversified their product range and expanded their marketing budget to encompass more ATL and BTL activities including TV advertising. They’re now looking to expand the business even further and have an aggressive growth plan to more than double their current turnover by 2024. In order to achieve this plan, they need a Senior BDM to come on the journey with them…

The role will be responsible for managing a variety of accounts as well as targeting new business with key grocery accounts including Tesco, Asda, JS & Morrisons. They currently have great relationships with the likes of Smyths, Amazon and Argos. Mentoring a couple of the current sales team may also be a key part of this role.

You must have experience in the toy industry or a related category. Demonstrable track record of new business wins in the major UK grocery accounts is also key. People management would be advantageous but not a necessity. This role is extremely hands on and can offer great future career prospects for the right candidate.
