A super talented Sales Manager for one of the UK's fastest growing FMCG food/snacking brands!

Are you ready to get your sleeves rolled up and become an integral part of growing an SME?

 

Our client is an exciting start up with an entrepreneurial healthier snacking brand. Having rapidly expanded to a number of independents, they have now grown their reach and mass appeal through distribution to national supermarkets, foodservice, airlines and coffee shops. (Sainsburys, Waitrose, Starbucks, Boots and BP to name but a few). Seeing rapid YOY growth they are now poised nicely to drive depth into their existing customers and reach their ambition of being a £6m t/o business in 2 years.

As a key member of the senior team reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for building and developing all things foodservice. Think the likes of Bidvest, DDC, Bewleys, Sodexo, Elior, Compass and Marigold. The company already has some national listings with the named but there is a lot more to go at, the businesses success is reliant on the growth of this channel!

They are looking for someone that has a genuine passion for developing a food/drink brand, as well as someone who wants to get their hands dirty and really get involved in the long-term growth of the business.

I would love to hear from you if you are motivated, high calibre FMCG Sales Manager/National Account Manager/Business Development Manager. You’ll be a candidate of graduate calibre with 3-5 years of OOH/Foodservice sales experience. A strategic thinker, you should possess the confidence to effectively deliver an innovative sales strategy across the region. You will have an abundance of drive, determination and a proven track record of branded sales success to UK markets. Please note that this is an entrepreneurial business so the ability and confidence to work independently is required.
