Job Description

This company was born out of a need to redefine health. The need to change our approach to health - what constitutes health, the way we make food and how businesses operate within the food space.

They believe that:

  • First. Health isn't just about food. It's how we relate to ourselves and each other. We need to treat ourselves with more love. And yes a big part of it starts with what we put in our bodies. So let's make it taste awesome so it's not a sacrifice.
  • Second. Food needs to be food - grown in and coming from nature. Without additives, preservatives or refined sugar.
  • Third. It's about healthy business practices within the food space - from the team down to the entire supply chain.

As a brand, they chose to become a Certified B Corp so that they could stand up and be measured, against the highest standards of social and enviromental performance, accountability and transparency. This is exteremly important to the brand and team. Anyone that is looking to join this team is expected to be passionate about similar topics as health, nutrition and enviromental responsibility.

They are constantly growing and expanding their product range, which currently includes yougurts, coconut waters and milks and chilled coffees to go. The company are expanding internally and building thier NPD team to include more technically minded people. These people would need to be focused on achieving greatness within the manufacturing process, up to date on the legal side of production and passionate about quality.

A degree in Nurtition, Food Science or Food Development will be needed however, experience in managing process, time and cost control is essential.

Whilst we would like to respond to all our on-line applicants, regrettably we are unable to do so due to the high volumes we receive.
