BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - PREMIUM FINE FOOD + HIGH-END FOODSERVICE

Greater London

28-35k + car allowance + Commission (OTE 40k+)

We're not interested in people looking for any job, we want hungry, driven foodies who have a desire to work in a first-class environment with some of the BEST chefs in London.

We are working with one of London's leading independent seafood wholesalers and an established supplier to many significant customers from fine dining restaurants to high-end hotel groups and even the Royal household! Currently turning over 8m, they have plans to double that in the next 5 years so you during a time of big growth plans!

This is a truly unique opportunity, you will have the freedom to build your own portfolio of clients and customers and interact with some of the most established chefs and buyers across London.

So as Business Development Manager, you are going to join a dedicated team who are driven by success.

Reporting into the Business Development Director, with unbeatable market knowledge and a desire to help you strive to be the best you can be - it really is recipe for success! We're looking for tenacious, resilient and target focused individuals to build your portfolio of clients from independent restaurants, high end restaurants to wine bars and premium delis.

For even more success in this role you will have

  • Experience building and generating new business within the foodservice channel, ideally high-end restaurants, hotel groups, bars.
  • Experienced in selling speciality or fine foods, ideally within the seafood category.
  • Confident communication, negotiation and field sales skills.
  • Target driven, money motivated and eager to succeed.
  • Most importantly, you will have an aim to progress and thrive within a premium fine food business.
