National Account Executives x 3 - Grocery & High Street

£37,000 - £45,000 basic, bonus, pension, healthcare & benefits

As one of the U.K's largest suppliers of personal care products, this blue chip business have an excellent reputation within FMCG and are responsible for a number of power brands that are found in our homes today. Their product portfolio can be found globally and they are brand leaders across a number of categories. They place a huge amount of emphasis on their company values and the implementation of these values has excelled their growth of recent. Due to internal promotions, they now have 3 vacancies in the Customer Development team.

Reporting into the Senior National Account Manager, you will take full responsibility for your own portfolio of accounts which is likley to be either Tesco or Boots. At the same time, you will be given one to one mentoring by an experienced Senior National Account Manager who will be responsible for your on-going development. You will support your SNAM on these accounts and will attend customer meetings with them. Once you’ve proven yourself in this role, your typical progression will be to move to a NAM role in their grocery team and get some exposure to their largest UK accounts.

You must be a National Account Executive / Key Account Manager ideally with P&L experience, if not an idea of how a P&L works. Ideally you will have experience of working in either the FMCG or Pharmacy environment. You must be ambitious and keen to progress your career with a forward thinking FMCG business.  This is a high visibility role and performance in this environment will lead to bigger and better things.
