This organisation are a recent entry into the UK Toy market and have received a great reception so far. They have the backing of a fantastic toy group and have built a great foundation for growth in the UK by hiring an excellent management team. This coupled with a great range of products gives them the recipe for success and they intend to grab this with both hands. The brands they own are regularly visible on supermarket and toy specialist shelves. They now require a Key Account Manager to join the team and help them achieve their next growth milestone.

As a Key Account Manager, you will report into the Sales Director for the UK. You will take on a variety of online and premium high street accounts. The expectation is to concrete relationships with these customers and keep an eye out for new business opportunities with relevant customers. With a huge innovation pipeline of fantastic products, you shouldn't find it hard to get listings with new and existing customers.

Ideally, you will work in the toy industry or have experience of dealing with similar products. You must have managed key retail customers throughout the UK and understand the necessary pillars of account management. The desire to work for a small business in the UK and play a key part in their strategy and future growth is also a pre-requisite!
