We have a hugely exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, forward-thinking and enormously innovative company who are on a mission to make the world a better place, one tasty meal at a time.

Launching into the Europe in 2018 where they are already enjoying success, so looking to take this expansion further! We are assisting them in their search of a Head of European Sales, who reporting into the International Sales Director will be responsible for building and developing the expansion of this international brand into Europe and the Middle East. You will be working alongside existing distribution partners to build a direct to market relationships with the Grocer retailers across these markets.

Primary responsibilities…

  • Business Management: Manage P&L and execute international strategic expansion plan. Effectively communicate key commercial plans and initiatives to distributor
  • Business Instructure & Process: Evaluate existing supply chain route-to-market. Efficiently manage Trade, Selling and T&E expenses within budget.
  • Planning: Review and evaluate performance in achieving sales and execution objectives for each country that are clearly quantified, mutually agreed upon and effectively measured.
  • Retailer Strategy & Partnership: Evaluate viable International distributor partners -existing and potential. Assist in developing local marketing and customer execution plans with distributor partners. Monitor ongoing business trends to effectively forecast sales volumes for each distributor.
  • Operations: Conduct country market audits to assess the products’ position in the marketplace; monitor competitive activity and distributor effectiveness.



  • At least 4 years FMCG food and drink sales experience, ideally having worked within a blue-chip organisation.
  • Previous success in build emerging brand across UK, Europe and Middle East with both direct to retailer and distributor network model.
  • Proven success in people leadership with a remote team, as well as developing, aligning and executing a strategic vision are also required.



  • Languages: English (mandatory), German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian (preferred).
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to achieve success in an autonomous and a team environment.



  • Degree level educated.
