Job Description

The Company

A dynamic, well regarded French wine company with plans to increase business within the UK. A portfolio of French, New World and European wines currently being sold into Sainsburys and Waitrose.

Job Purpose:

To increase sales within the Grocers and off trade, working with a strong portfolio of wines. With the support of the head office, you will grow and develop the UK Market.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and selling to existing client base, retaining the relationships with Sainsbury's and Waitrose
  • Developing new clients and opening new accounts
  • Serving as a main point of contact for all UK Sales
  • Pitching to the Grocers and off trade, looking for new opportunities of business growth and developments
  • Making the Company more visible to the wine community by attending networking and tastings
  • Providing figures and statistics to the head office, carefully analyising financial reports


Home based or London Office

Package and Benefits:

  • Salary circa £60,000-70,000
  • Performance related bonus
  • 37.5 hours per week (with a one hour unpaid lunch break).
