Location - Lincolnshire

This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the people strategy of a successful, privately owned chilled foods business. Employing over 500 people, they have grown significantly over the past 4 years and have won multiple awards for innovation. They are looking to appoint a Head of HR to help meet their ambitions to be their customers' preferred supplier, a recognised leader in fantastic, healthy, convenient fresh food and be the employer of choice within the community.

Reporting to the Managing Director, your role will be to lead the development and delivery of the organisation's people strategy and practices in line with the business strategic priorities. As part of the executive team you will input into the overall company leadership strategy from a people perspective, implement and embed HR policies and procedures, and ensure that the organisation's culture is aligned with the plans for growth. With a team of 4, your main aim will be to develop this people focused business.

Degree educated, you will have extensive experience of delivering and managing an HR business partnering function. We would love to hear from you if you have a background in food manufacturing or a similar industry and a real passion for people. You should have previous experience of formulating and delivering a people strategy and be up to date with UK employment law. Possessing strong influencing skills, you will be able to build effective relationships inside and outside of the business.
