This quirky gifting organisation are relatively new to the UK and have experienced some fantastic growth of recent – (30% y on y!) With headquarters in the USA, they have recently embarked on their UK adventure and the consumer feedback has been fantastic. They’re a tight knit group who all have a passion for creativity and all things sparkly. A design led company with listings across UK independents, high street and online, the sky is the limit with this brand. They would now like a new team member to pull all of their internal operations together and spearhead the handling of their ever-expanding customer portfolio.

You will lead a team of 3 people who are responsible for the order taking and account queries. You will lead and develop these individuals to ensure they are delivering the best possible customer experience to everyone they encounter. You will be the link between front line sales and the warehouse to ensure all orders are handled in an expedient and timely manner. You will also support on key accounts alongside their UK Sales Director.

Because this role has many exciting facets, you will have to be a bit of an all-rounder! It encompasses customer services, sales and operations so experience within these functions would be extremely valuable! You must be an experienced leader to ensure you’re getting the most out of your team. You must be extremely organised and fit in with the fun, passionate and energetic culture of this unique and fascinating business.
