This is one of the biggest brand names in drinks. A young, vibrant and dynamic company, they are looking for a Festival & Experiential Marketing Manager to form part of their On Trade marketing team. Often seen as a creative and quirky company, their globally recognised brand has a major presence in the both the on and off trade. They require people that have bright ideas, are positive, entrepreneurial and enthusiastic. This is an autonomous, creative position working with a high profile FMCG brand; opportunities like this are extremely rare!

You’ll be responsible for managing their portfolio of Festival national accounts in order to deliver new users into the brand whilst maintaining a set volume and profit target. You will work extremely closely with various marketing teams internally including category & brand marketing. You will develop and execute a joint marketing plan to increase product consumption at key festivals. You will be responsible for managing 1 direct report.

This role requires a mix of both marketing and commercial experience. You should have a good understanding of the On Premise and experience within event management / production / festivals would be advantageous but not a deal breaker.
