My client is a super-premium gin company that do things a little differently to the rest. They are technically a small batch, handmade gin but with a global reach. They are multi-award winning, high performing, and invest a lot of their profits in to community projects - what's not to love? Due to internal expansion, the exciting position of European Sales Manager has now become available.

As European Sales Manager, you will be managing a team of 4, covering 26 European markets. You will be tasked with creating and executing the European sales strategy and so a strong background of European distribution networks will be required. You will be leading the annual budget discussions with key importers and frequent travel will be required, spending trade-time in key markets.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the drinks industry and previous exposure to managing remote teams is desirable. You will be comfortable selling premium products and will thrive working autonomously. You will ideally have had experience managing multiple international markets and will have a sound understanding of EU distribution partners. Speaking a European language is preferred, although not a prerequisite
