Our client is an up and coming confectionary brand, recognised for their forward-thinking innovation.

They are growing their Customer Service team and are currently seeking a passionate Customer Service Assistant to join the team and help maintain the high standards of customer service they strive for on a daily basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of customer service, including addressing and solving customer questions, issues and complaints on both telephone and email. They will deliver excellent customer care at all times with excellent telephone manner. They will also be responsible for helping to convert and upsell clients and customers.

The successful candidate will currently be a strong Customer Service Assistant who has great people skills, is a strong communicator and has a fun and outgoing personality. They are looking for a team player who has excellent organisational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills, who is excited to learn and really take this role to the next level.

With significant growth over the last year, they have high plans in place for continued momentum and it is therefore a very exciting time for both the company and the team and an excellent opportunity for somebody looking to take a new challenge in their career and make a significant impact within an organisation.
