Job Description

My client is well on its way to global domination and are now looking to build upon their international presence by hiring an International Field Marketing Manager. What do they do? They sell quality beer without any of the BS - no pretentious clique-iness, no outlandish marketing claims, no BS full stop. Working for them is more like being part of a family instead of being a small fish in a very big pond and this is a fantastic time to become part of this ambitious, hard-working team.

In this role, you will support the International Marketing Manager by executing marketing activity that engages the company’s distributors, consumers, retail partners and accounts – anyone and everyone that matters! As an ambassador for the company, you will be responsible for all phases of field marketing and event planning including research, registration, activation, execution and recap. You and the International Marketing Manager will form a fearsome partnership and will work closely with local Sales Market Managers to coordinate all local marketing activity. Your key focus will be the European markets.

To be in pole position for this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years event experience: including the organization, planning and successful execution of relevant beer events. Strong passion and knowledge of the craft beer industry is key, as well as a gregarious personality and a tendency to make friends wherever you go. You will need to be a self-starter and be able to work in an ‘anti-corporate’ environment, as well as being flexible enough to meet the regular travel requirements. Basically, if you love beer, seeing new sights, and can execute global field marketing strategies, you’ve got a great shot with this one!

Whilst we would like to respond to all our on-line applicants, regrettably we are unable to do so due to the high volumes we receive. If you've not heard from us within two weeks, unfortunately on this occasion your application has been unsuccessful.
