Job Description

Our client is a major independent seafood wholesalers and an established supplier to a number of significant customers from fine dining restaurants to high-end hotel groups! A fantastic opportunity has become available as they are currently looking to expand their sales team! They are in search for a new Business Development Manager to work from their London office.

The Role:

  • Responsible for talking to chefs and buyers within the foodservice sector.
  • You will largely be focussed on New Business Development, winning new accounts with customers in and around London.
  • You will also be responsible for growing the existing customer accounts.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You will have at least 2 years FMCG Business Development experience, ideally within foodservice/ HORECA channel.
  • Fresh and frozen/seafood product knowledge is essential.
  • Experience of selling speciality or fine foods is desired.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong communication and field sales skills.
