Job Description

The company:

I am currently looking for a Brand Development Manager to work with a premium gin brand. This is a home-based role, covering London and the South East.

 

The role:

  • Arranging and presenting masterclasses.
  • Driving awareness and distribution of the brand.
  • Being the face of the brand.
  • Maintaining existing accounts and winning new accounts.
  • Educating people on the brand.
  • Will be targeted on activation within the on trade and premium retail.
  • Managing budgets.

 

The candidate:

  • Experience and currently working in a high-end bar or premium hotel.
  • A passion and knowledge for gin/spirits.
  • Experience of the UK on trade and an interest mixology is essential, with Brand Ambassador/ Training experience an advantage.
  • Self-driven, result orientated and pragmatic with a flexible and positive can-do approach.
  • Developed commercial acumen with an understanding of a P&L.
  • A self-starter, with strong planning, organisational, budget management skills, proven project Management and event management skills.
  • Driven, self-motivated and prepared to work hard and invest the necessary time to achieve your targets.
  • Great communicator and influencer with the ability to build positive relationships both internally and externally.
  • Full clean driving license required.
  • Worked as a Brand Ambassador for a gin brand - would be an advantage.
