Having launched in July 2018, we have already gained key national listings with the likes of Sainsburys, The Health Store and but this is only the start. We recognise there is huge potential, so to support our growth we are now looking to bring on a superstar Sales Account Manager!

We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and results-driven candidate based in London to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate must be looking to prove themselves in a fast paced FMCG environment. You must not be afraid to dive into the challenges of working in a start-up and want the opportunity to take real ownership of growing an innovative food brand.


The primary focus of this role is to develop new business across London and UK focusing on the Out of Home channel with Independent and National Accounts. Think Independent Health Retail, Convenience, Foodservice and Travel/Leisure.

This is a field based role with the emphasis on new business development.

You will also:

  • Develop and manage new sales within the UK market
  • Identify target growth opportunities and land new points of distribution
    • Thinking creatively to build the 5 th Season brand in London and further afield
    • Manage and maintain communication with 5 th Seasons current customers developing relationships with Buyers and key decision makers
    • You will be responsible for reaching out to the 100's of untapped independent stores and drive sales from these customers through to our distributors
    • Customer Service - key customer orders / displaying POS / running sampling
    • Responsible for invoicing and assisting with forecasting and processing orders

What we are looking for

  • You will ideally have 1-3 years FMCG sales experience with a track record of success working with a challenger or new food/drinks brand.
  • Due to the nature of this role you must be comfortable developing new business from scratch either on the phone or door to door so experience in a Field Sales position would also be advantageous
  • Account/channel background is not important at this stage, what is important is your attitude and skillset!

  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Good networking ability with an existing network of relevant industry contacts preferable
  • A proactive go getter
