We have invested significantly in a state of the art database that enables us to respond quickly to clients’ needs at all levels of seniority.

We approach a database assignment with the same rigor we would an advertising or search campaign.  Our strong preference is to meet with the client to facilitate a full brief on the role and to gain an insight into the culture of the organisation prior to commencing the database search.

We work hard to attract high performing candidates to register with us through advertising, PR and recommendation.  Candidates come to us because of our reputation in the market and because of our desire to foster long term relationships.  Every candidate is assessed by one of our consultants prior to being registered on the database.  This ensures a much better fit between clients’ requirements and candidates experience and aspirations.  Crucially, we keep in regular contact with these candidates to ensure the information we hold is accurate and up to date.
